Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Our best-selling cookies — crispy edges with a chewy, gooey center. Perfect with coffee, tea, or just on their own

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter (softened)

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • ½ cup white sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.

  4. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips.

  6. Scoop onto baking tray lined with parchment.

  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.

  8. Cool slightly, serve warm, and enjoy.

Baker’s Trick Tip: Chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking for thicker, gooier cookies.

Fudge Brownies

Rich, dense, and oh-so-chocolatey — our signature brownies are every chocoholic’s dream.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter (melted)

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup cocoa powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C.

  2. Mix butter and sugar until combined.

  3. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until smooth.

  4. Sift in flour, cocoa, and salt. Fold gently.

  5. Stir in chocolate chunks.

  6. Pour batter into a greased baking pan.

  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes. (Do not overbake for gooey texture!)

  8. Cool, cut into squares, and enjoy.

Baker’s Trick Tip: Add a swirl of Nutella on top before baking for extra indulgence.
